Jerrolynn and her husband, Richard, grew up in Arizona and California where they developed a love of the mountains and a passion for nature and an outdoor way of life. After decades as biomedical scientists, Jerrolynn moved on to architectural drafting, horticulture, horseshoeing, and finally real estate. Their careers had taken them to all parts of the country, and when Richard retired recently, their search for the ideal retirement location included properties for retirement from Maine to Washington state and California, and found that the mountains of Colorado gave them a fantastic opportunity to express their love of nature with hobbies such as horseback riding, photography, hiking, skiing, fishing, fly-tying and hunting, along with cooking (including making smoked fish and jerky from whatever the day’s hunt or fishing may bring home). At the same time and Jerrolynn can indulge her other interests in architectural design and home construction.
